Everything You Need to Know Before Joining Your First Pechanga Resort & Casino Poker Tournament

Pechanga Poker Tournament

Pechanga’s big venue

Pechanga Resort & Casino features one of the biggest (if not the biggest) casino floors in all of California at 200,000 square feet. This action-packed venue is home to 3,800 slot machines, over a hundred of the most exciting table games, and a 43-table non-smoking poker room that also features a High Limit Salon, a couple of private gaming rooms and an ultra-spacious and modern bingo facility that can seat a whopping 700 people.

The Pechanga Club Card

Before you can hit the slots, play a table game or join your first Pechanga poker tournament, you’ll need to sign up for the casino’s rewards program and get a Club Card first – which would be a great idea even if it wasn’t required because the card gives you exclusive access to a host of cool perks and freebies like comps, discounts and priority access to the casino’s facilities.

Also, the more you play, the more points you accumulate, which qualifies you for a card upgrade, ultimately earning you even more exciting perks.

There are four Club Card levels and they are as follows:

  • Silver – 0 to 49,999 points
  • Gold – 50,000 to 199,999 points
  • Platinum – 200,000 to 349,999 points
  • Red – 350,000 points and up

2017 jackpots

It’s just February (as of the writing of this article) and Pechanga has already paid out $191,675 in jackpots and promotions. Also, the Omaha and Texas Holdem jackpots are already at $4,877 and $16,250 respectively.

If there’s one thing we can take away from these numbers, it’s that Pechanga truly promotes a culture of winning.

Bonus: preparing for a tournament

Unless you’re 100% sure that you’re ready to join a tournament, it would be a good idea to book one of Pechanga’s private gaming rooms first so you can play in some private live cash games and tournaments with some friends and get as much practice as you can before joining a public game. After all, nothing beats simply playing a lot when it comes to getting better at the game.

Of course, there’s a much more cost-effective and convenient way to get all the practice you need than driving all the way to a casino and booking your very own private gaming room: it’s called online poker. It allows you to get all the real money poker action you want anytime, anywhere.

The problem with poker websites, however, is that some of them resort to taking huge split pots and percentages or cheating their players outright just to make more money, so you need to be extra careful in choosing where you’ll play.

Fortunately, you won’t have to deal with any of that at SafeClub.com. We not only let each player keep all of their winnings, we also actively prevent any form of cheating in every single game through proprietary tools that deal truly random cards every time and then prevent anyone (including us) from peeking into each player’s hand.

Also, we genuinely want you to win (and win big). That’s the very reason why we post free poker guides, tips and tricks on our website. Heck, we even developed free poker tools that are specifically designed to help you take your game to a whole new level.

Finally – if you’re still not convinced that we are good and honest people – we donate our profits to an organization called Winning Hands Foundation® whose primary goal is to improve the lives of people in different communities across the country.
